HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS I USED TO MAKE THIS PROJECT
In this tutorial the
name Seal is referring to the use of the new Stampin' Seal
- Cut a piece of Rocco Rose CS 11'" x 4¼" – score at 5½".
- Fold CS in half and crease with Bone Folder.
- On the front of the Rocco Rose CS, slide the punch all the way in on the right side, about an inch from the fold at the top and punch a hole.
- With the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine, emboss one of the Basic White 5¼" x 4" pieces using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing folder.
- Center the embossed piece behind the punched circle, trace the hole, and then punch using the 2" circle punch.
- To
color the ribbons, lay the broad tip of the Dark Rocco Rose Stampin' Blends on its
side and slide it to the other end of the ribbon, repeat until the ribbons are completely
covered. Let it set for a couple of
minutes.
- Add your Designer Series piece at the bottom of the embossed piece.
- Place your ribbon over the top of the Designer Series Paper and adhere on the back.
- Adhere your white embossed piece to the front of the card, lining up your 2" punched whole.
- Tack your inside piece in place, then close the card and lightly trace the circle to the inside of the card.
- Stamp your flower and a part of the butterfly in the circle.
- Erase your pencil lines and color the flower and butterfly using the Stampin Blends.
- Stamp another butterfly on the small piece of Basic White with Memento Black and color the same as the inside.
- Fussy cut the butterfly and cut off the legs.
- With the card closed line up your butterfly with the inside piece and adhere to the card.
- Stamp your greeting on your small scrap piece.
- Use the second smallest rectangle die from Stitched So Sweetly Dies and run thru the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine.
- Using your Dark Rocco Rose Stampin' Blend, color the outside of the frame.
- Add dimensionals to the back of your greeting and adhere to the card.
- Make a bow with your larger ribbon piece, add 3 glue dots to the back of the ribbon and adhere to the card.
- Add the Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to put the final embellishments on the cad.
