This month's theme is to create a card, or product,

For this project I choose the

with12 sheets: 2 each of 6 double-sided designs.

I choose to make this NEVER ENDING card
using 8 of the 12 different designs.

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS I USED TO MAKE THIS PROJECT
  • Cut 2 pieces of Melon Mambo CS - 5½" x 4¼"

    PORTRAIT PIECE

  • On the 4¼" wide portrait piece, score at 11/16"
  • Turn 180⁰ and score at 11/16"
  • Turn 90⁰ and cut at 2¾"
  • Put the two pieces together to form the original Portrait piece and add a sticky note to hold them together
  • Add 2 or 3 pieces of Tear & Tape on each of all 4 corners.

  • HORIZONTAL PIECE
  • On the 5½" wide horizontal piece, score at 1⅜"
  • Turn 180⁰ and score at 1"
  • Turn 90⁰ and cut at 2"
  • Put the two pieces together to form the original Horizontal piece and add a sticky note to hold them together
  • Remove the backing on the Tear & Tape from the original portrait piece
  • With both pieces taped together with their sticky note turn your horizontal piece 90⁰ and very carefully adhere it to the Portrait piece.
  • It is very important that these 2 pieces are lined up perfectly.  If there are any edge pieces that are not lined evenly, trim them off
  • During the folding sections, you can remove the sticky notes
     
  • CS PAGE ONE
  • The portrait piece with the cut down the center from top to bottom is now our front piece, known as Page one.   
  • CS PAGE TWO
  • Open the left side slightly, turn the card over and crease the score line
  • Use your bone folder for a solid straight tight fold
  • Repeat the process opening the right side, fold and crease
  • You now should see both sides are about an inch wide.  The center is about 2" wide with a cut across the middle.
  • CS PAGE THREE
  • Open the center up slightly, turn the card over and crease the score line
  • Use your bone folder for a solid straight tight fold
  • Repeat the process opening the center down slightly, fold and crease
  • You now should see a thin center top to bottom and a fat center left to right. 
  • CS PAGE FOUR
  • Open the center to the left, open the center to the right and now you have side four.  You should now see a cut across the middle
  • Lift the top up and the bottom down and it will take you back to Side One

  • ADD DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (DSP)

    Add two coordinating pieces of Designer Series Paper to all four pages.  
    Open up and down from the center to go back to Page 1 your front piece 
     
     
    ADD DESIGNER SERIES PAPER (DSP)
  • Add two coordinating pieces of Designer Series Paper to all four pages.
  • DSP PAGE ONE
  • Need (4) 2" x 1¼" and (2) 2" x 2⅝" 
  • DSP PAGE TWO
  • Need (4) small to be punched at ½" and (2) 2" x 2⅝"
    DSP PAGE THREE
  • Need (4) ⅞" x  1¼" and (2) 2" x 2⅝"
    DSP PAGE FOUR
    Need (4) 1" x
    2⅝", (1) 2" x 2⅝" and 1 Basic White 2" x 2⅝"


    ADD FINAL DECORATED PIECES
    FRONT - PAGE ONE

  • Cut a piece of Basic White CS 4½" x 3¾"
  • Place the circle dies from the Picture This Dies on the Basic White CS and run thru the Stampin Cut and Emboss Machine
  • On the largest circle, stamp Happy Birthday using Mossy Meadow ink, from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set
  • Add adhesive and adhere to the front of the card
  • Open out from the center to go to Page 2
    PAGE TWO
  • On some small scrap Basic White CS stamp the flowers from the Wonderful World Stamp set, using the Stampin' Write Markers large tip on its side to ink the stamp
  • Now fuzzy cut the flowers
  • On the small die cut circle, Stamp For You from the Friends are Like Seashells Stamp Set
  • Use adhesive and adhere the flowers and greeting to the card
  • Using thin Rich Razzleberry CS scraps, cut 2 pieces of the decorative die from the Palm Dies
  • Cut both of them in half, then trim the cut end to match the other end
  • Set 2 pieces aside and adhere the other 2 pieces to the otter edge
  • Open up and down from the center to go to Page 3  
  • PAGE THREE
  • Adhere the other two Rich Razzleberry pieces to the center of the card
  • On one of the remaining circles, stamp the greeting using Mossy Meadow ink, from the Flowering Tulips Stamp Set
  • Cut you greeting un half, using your Paper Trim for a nice clean cut
  • Add adhesive and adhere both pieces lined up to read the greeting
  • Open out from the center to go to Page 4
    PAGE FOUR
  • Stamp your greeting with Mossy Meadow ink, from the Pansy Patch Stamp Set
  • Open up and down from the center to go back to Page 1 your front piece
