Creative Card-iology Team April "Carryover/Mini Catalog Products" Blog Hop

Welcome to the Creative Card-iology Monthly Blog Hop

Our theme this month is to use products
that are being carried over to the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog
that will go live on May 4, 2021.

For this project I choose to make a Masculine Card using the
HANDSOMELY SUITED Stamp Set, and the Suit & Ties Dies.
currently in the January-June Mini Catalog witch retires at the end of June.
If purchased before June 30, 2021, you can save10% if you buy
HANDSOMELY SUITED BUNDLE #156240 and only pay $47.50
Any products that are carried over from  2020-2021 Annual Catalog or 2021 Mini Catalog
will no longer be bundled in the new 2021-2022 Annual catalog.

  • Cut a piece of Basic White CS 5½" x 4¼" and seal to the Balmy Blue card base.
  • Cut a piece of Balmy Blue CS 5½" x 4¼".
  • Place the edge of the V die about ⅝" to ¾" from the top left side of the CS and run thru the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (SCEM).

  • Insert the large piece in the Hammered Metal Embossing Folder and run thru the SCEM, then Seal to the top part to the White CS.
  • Cut a piece of Basic White CS 1½" x ½", color with the Ivory Stampin' Blend then seal to the top center of the White CS.
  • Cut a piece of Basic White CS 4" x 1½".  Using the SCEM cut 2 collar pieces. Seal one collar to the top center of the card over the top of the ivoy piece.  Set the other collar aside for now.
  • Cut a piece of Balmy Blue 4½" x 1, stamp a tie using the Misty Moonlight Stampin' Pad, then run it and the small rectangle thru the SCEM using the tie die and the small rectangle die.

  • Add a little tombow to the bottom of the V then to each side of the lapel and adhere to the card.
  • Adhere the side and bottom of the pocket to the card.
  • The Collar piece you set aside, cut the top ½" off leaving 2 small triangles. Adhere them insie the pocket to ack as hankerchiefs in the pocket.
  • On a small scrap, add a greeting, run it thru the SCEM, trim all sides just inside the dashes and adhere to the pocket on the card.
  • Cut a piece of Basic White 5¼" x 4", stamp an inside greeting, then adhere to the inside of the card.
  • To finalize the card, add a few Rhinestones to the Front of the card.
